Choosing your AI: Claude, ChatGPT or both
Which provider to use, mixing providers across advisors, and Live mode speed.
One provider or two?
- Claude only: everything works except voice.
- OpenAI only: everything works, including voice.
- Both (recommended): advisors can use either, and voice uses OpenAI. With mix providers on, your board hears from both AIs, which gives you more varied opinions.
Where to choose
- Default provider and models: Settings → Preferences.
- Per advisor: edit an advisor on My Board & C-Suite and pick Claude, ChatGPT or Auto.
- Executive Assistant Live speed: on the Executive Assistant page, open settings. *Fast* (the default) uses Claude Sonnet for quick spoken replies, *Fastest* uses Claude Haiku, and *Best* uses your default model.
Web research
Advisors and your assistant can search the web and read links when a question needs current facts (market rates, competitors, regulations). Turn it on or off, and cap searches per answer, in Settings. Answers that used the web show their sources.
