Big companies make decisions with a board and an executive team. Most small business owners make them alone, late at night.

No one to pressure-test ideas

You're the CEO, CFO, head of marketing and HR — so big calls get made on gut feel, without anyone asking the hard questions.

Advice that doesn't know you

Generic tips and chatbots don't know your margins, your team, your goals or what you tried last year.

Good ideas that never get done

Even great advice fades without owners, deadlines and someone following up.

Twelve Seat fixes all three: a real debate, grounded in your business, ending in assigned work.

How it works

From “I'm not sure” to a plan, in one meeting

  1. 1

    Tell us about your business

A guided profile covering your mission, values, goals, dreams, offerings, customers, team and financials. Upload your business plan or statements. Save and come back any time.

  2. 2

    Meet your twelve

Twelve Seat builds a Board of Directors and an executive team around your industry, stage and challenges, each with their own expertise and point of view.

  3. 3

    Bring them any decision

Pricing, hiring, a new service, cash flow. The right advisors weigh in, challenge each other, ask one another for analysis, and ask you when they need facts instead of guessing.

  4. 4

    Leave with a plan

Every discussion ends with a resolution and owned action items. Your board can create tasks in your CRM and hand work to your Grok Bot, then follow up as you post updates.

Inside a meeting

Advisors who talk to each other — and to you

Your board can ask the executive team for analysis, executives can escalate to the board, and anyone can pause to ask you a question rather than guess. When the round closes, the Chair writes the resolution and assigns the next steps.

  • Facilitator picks the right voices for each topic
  • Board ↔ C-suite requests, answered in the room
  • Your answers become verified company memory
  • Resolutions become action items and CRM tasks
Should I raise my prices this year? I'm worried about losing clients.
Finance & Audit Director
Your gross margin is down 6 points since last year. Before we talk about churn risk — CFO, what does an 8% increase do to cash by Q2?
CFO · reply to the board
About +$4,100/month at current volume. Even if we lost two small accounts, we'd still be ahead by month three.
Chair · question for you
How many of your clients are on retainers versus one-off projects?
Resolution
Raise new-client pricing 8% now; move retainers at renewal with 60 days' notice. 3 action items assigned.

Your twelve

Five directors. Seven executives. You lead.

Each seat is generated for your business, with a name, background and point of view specific to your industry. Rename them, rewrite their personas, or seat a different AI model in any chair.

Board of Directors

  • Chair of the Board

Runs the meeting, keeps everyone honest, and drives each discussion to a clear decision.

  • Industry Veteran

Decades of experience in your exact industry — what works, what fails, and what's coming.

  • Finance & Audit

Watches cash, margins and risk. Asks the numbers questions you'd rather avoid.

  • Growth & Brand

Positioning, customer acquisition and partnerships that actually scale.

  • Risk & People

Compliance, culture, succession — and your own wellbeing and personal goals.

Executive team (C-suite)

  • COO

Turns decisions into processes, plans and weekly execution.

  • CFO

Budgets, forecasts, pricing math and cash-flow plans.

  • CMO

Marketing strategy, channels, campaigns and messaging.

  • CRO

Sales process, pipeline, pricing and packaging, retention.

  • CTO

Tools, automation and practical AI for your operation.

  • CPO

Hiring, team structure, pay and training.

  • CLO

Contracts, compliance and protecting what you build.

Everything around the table

Advice, memory and execution in one place

Company Brain

A long-term memory of your business. Your advisors remember decisions and facts you've confirmed, and you can edit anything.

Questions, not guesses

When something is unclear, your board asks you. Each answer becomes a verified fact they won't get wrong again.

Action items that evolve

Add notes, links, files and photos to any action item, and its advisor re-evaluates — on demand or on a schedule.

Built-in CRM

Leads, accounts, contacts, deals, projects and tasks, with a pipeline board, forecasts and notes on every record.

Your team, included

Employees get their own login to the CRM only — tasks, projects, time off — never your boardroom or financials.

Grok Bot hand-off

Send tasks and decisions to your Grok Bot. It can follow up with employees and report back to your CRM.

Claude and ChatGPT

Bring your own Anthropic or OpenAI key, or both, and mix models across seats for a real diversity of thought.

Questions

Is this a real board of directors?+

No — your twelve are AI advisors, each given a distinct role, expertise and personality and grounded in everything you share about your business. They give you the kind of structured, multi-angle counsel that larger companies get from a board and an executive team, without the cost.

Does it replace my accountant or lawyer?+

No. Your advisors help you think, plan and decide. For legal, tax, investment or medical specifics they'll tell you to confirm with a licensed professional — and help you prepare for that conversation.

Which AI does it use?+

You connect your own Anthropic (Claude) or OpenAI (ChatGPT) API key in Settings. Use one or both — Twelve Seat can seat different models at different chairs.

Is my business information private?+

Your profile, meetings and memory are private to your account and protected by database-level access rules. API keys are encrypted before they're stored, and employees can only see the CRM.

What does it cost?+

Twelve Seat is free while in beta. AI usage is billed by your AI provider through your own API key, so you stay in control of spend.

Can I use it on my phone?+

Yes. Twelve Seat works in any mobile browser today, and a native iPhone app is on the roadmap.
