Your board
Board meetings, questions and action items
Convene the Board, C-suite, a joint session or a 1:1, and what happens next.
Who to ask
- Board of Directors: strategy, big bets, risk, governance.
- C-suite: plans, numbers, execution.
- Joint session: big decisions that need both.
- 1:1: a focused question for one advisor, such as your CFO on pricing.
How a meeting works
- Start one in the Boardroom, or let your Executive Assistant write the brief and convene it for you.
- Advisors read your Company Brain, then discuss and respond to each other. The board and C-suite can hand questions to each other.
- If they need facts only you have, they ask you. Answer in the meeting or in Questions for You, and they continue.
- The meeting ends with a resolution and action items, which go to Action Items.
Action items are workspaces
Each action item has its own page. Add notes, links, files and photos as you make progress. The responsible advisor reviews new updates, suggests next steps, and checks in on a schedule. With Grok Bot connected, you can send an item to Grok to work on.
