Your Business Profile and the Company Brain
How Twelve Seat learns your business, and how to correct what it knows.
Business Profile
The Business Profile is a guided form covering your business, customers, numbers, team, goals and constraints. It saves automatically, so you can leave and come back anytime. When it's far enough along, generate your board and C-suite.
After you generate your team, advisors run a profile review: they ask about anything unclear or contradictory, so they don't build advice on a misunderstanding. Those questions appear in Questions for You.
Company Brain
The Company Brain is Twelve Seat's memory: facts, decisions, goals and constraints. It grows from your profile, meeting outcomes, your answers to questions, and things you tell your Executive Assistant ("remember that our busy season is May to August").
- Pin what matters most, so every advisor always sees it.
- Edit or archive anything that's wrong or out of date.
- Facts you state are marked verified and outrank AI inferences.
If an advisor misunderstands something, correct it in the Brain or answer their question. Every advisor sees the change from then on.
