Financials: P&L and balance sheet uploads

Upload statements as PDFs, check the numbers, and see trends your CFO uses.

Upload

  1. Go to Financials and upload a P&L, balance sheet or cash flow statement (PDF from QuickBooks, Xero, your accountant, etc.). Monthly, quarterly or annual statements all work. Upload several periods to see trends.
  2. AI reads the file and extracts the period and key figures (revenue, gross profit, operating expenses, net income, cash, debt, and more), with a check that the totals reconcile.
  3. Open each statement, correct anything that's off, and click Save & verify. Your board treats verified numbers as fact; unverified ones are flagged.

Dashboard

The Financials page charts revenue, margins and other trends over time. Use the Table button on any chart for exact values. Your CFO can write a financial overview, and every advisor sees the numbers in meetings.

Tips

  • Scanned image-only PDFs read less reliably. Export directly from your accounting software when you can.
  • If the period comes out wrong, fix the dates and label on the statement page.
