Your Executive Assistant (Morgan by default; rename them in the assistant settings) is your first conversation. They know your action items, meetings, CRM and Company Brain.
What to ask
- "Where do we stand on the boat show plan?"
- "Help me think through hiring a second technician."
- "Take this to the board": they write the brief and convene the right group.
- "Add an action item to call the bank Friday." "Remember that our margin target is 40%."
- "Have Grok email Mariana that the system is working." With Grok Bot connected, they draft the task for you to approve.
Approvals
Small things (remembering facts, adding items you asked for) happen right away. Anything bigger shows as a card you approve with one click. Grok Bot tasks always wait for your approval, and Grok asks again before emailing anyone or spending money.
