Your account: sign-in, profile and settings
Sign-in problems, changing your name, preferences and signing out.
- Didn't get the confirmation email? Check spam or promotions, then try signing up again with the same address.
- Change your name in Settings → Profile.
- Preferences (advisor style, risk appetite, default AI provider and models, web research) are in Settings.
- Sign out from the bottom of the sidebar (or the top bar on mobile).
- Suspended account? Contact Twelve Seat support.
